This issue exists as
a red omitted error only for the booklet stamp
(Scott No. 2441b). The sheet stamp, which this fake purports
to be, does not exist with red omitted. Booklet examples contain
a straight edge on at least one side; the fake contains perforations
on all four sides. It's actually quite deceptive, as the red
is completely gone. The blue, however, is noticeably lighter
and the green leaves at bottom are more of a bluish green than on
the genuine article. Paper and gum are lighter than on a normal
stamp, but only very slightly.
